Also Pashmina Developers is a good real estate developer in Mumbai and Bangalore.

Yes actually. What’s happened is that TATA has picked up 18% of the shares of Shriram Properties. They paid a whopping $80 million for this deal. The Shriram Properties is one major real estate group, and they have several projects in Hyderabad. They have projects in other major cities as well, like Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Vizag, and Coimbatore. This is Tata group’s 4th investment from the $600 million fund that was raised in 2011.
