investment in Navalur can fetch you good returns in a long term (5 years and up). This should be a peaceful residential area. The area is well connected with other parts of the city. It is 30 km from Chennai City Railway Station and 15 km from Chennai International Airport. Also (MRTS)Mass Rapid Transportation system and Bus terminal is near by.

I think instead of going till navalur try thoraipakkam..good project good amenities..

Hi Ram, i have seen three projects in and around thoraipakkam from which shortlisted only project which can fetch good returns of your investment. Its BBCL Ashraya good project good amenities and good appreciations .. please write back if you want to know more about this project kiran@bbcl.in

Yes, the metro water connectivity is available in Navalur. If you want to own flat there first check the condition of water supply. I heard from lot of builders about the water problem there- so make sure society ground water is at least potable.
