Naidu also wants to make Gannavaram airport an international one for faster development to take place. He really does have a lot of plans for the area and it seems like it's a good idea provided there is no corruption involved and civic issues don't arise. I can just imagine how well real estate would thrive in the area. The residential projects in the area seem like they are really going to benefit as well. If you're thinking about investing, learn more about the changes at Bapulapadu and wait for them to actually manifest into action and then it's definitely a good option.
So I saw on the news that the major plan is to also set aside land in Nizwid and create a 10,000 acre IT cluster that's supposed to come up very close to the new capital, somewhere between Vijaywada and Guntur. They're planning on making efficient, broad roads with well connected flyovers. Underground sewerage lines, waste disposal, good water and electricity supply. Basically, the works. Just hope it isn't going to became as populated as Hitech city and there are Sewage treatment Plants installed in all the IT companies. Lol! But the eventual plan is to link the new capital and Bapulapadu however there has been no news on the amount of money this vast developmental project is going to cost.
Hey there! The sole reason that this is happening is all because of Naidu. He advised the state administration of Hyderabad to set aside 2000 acres of land at Bapulapadu which is just 5 kms away from the Gannavaram airport. The fact that it is so close to air transport has already turned the heads of many IT companies and MNC's. Since the plan is to make another Hitech city, I'm sure infrastructure in the area is also going to be great. I heard that many developmental projects in the locality have already begun. I'm really looking forward to this! :)
