Saparan Apartments Ahmedabad Near Radio Mirchi Towers Review PLEASE HELP

Q: Does anyone have any idea about Saparan Apartments located at Satellite Ahmedabad? I am thinking of buying an apartment there which is being offered in B Block to me. How is the building and its members etc? Any info is welcome!

Hi,
It is my personal advice to you that before buying any property visit the site or locality, ask for the owners of the property, verify all the legal approvals, visit the nearest municipal corporation and verify all the legal approvals, connectivity, basic daily necessities such as schools, markets, hospitals, banks, bus stop etc. from the property which you want to buy. If it is possible take the advice of a legal adviser.

Dear Rajeev, believe me DO NOT GO FOR THIS APARTMENT. It is highly overpriced and it is better to live somewhere else. The management of this place does not exist. water supply problems are huge, SECURITY is not there, Security Guards and MEMBERS of building had been involved in smoking illegal substances. The construction is pathetic. wiring is dangerous, switches and MCB do not trip instead burn up.
If you buy the place be prepared to RIP it apart and redo everything.

Lifts are out of order at least once in a week. Bored water has such high mineral content you will start losing hair in six months. Not worth it at all.

Moreover members living there for quite some time treat it as their personal bungalow.

If you are buying or even RENTING it, do not go for this apartment. I have stayed in it for 1 year and it is pathetic and useless.
