Hi friends. I have also heard of Modi Builders. I found a lot of good reviews about them. The service is apparently very good and they seem to deal with the customers with a lot of professionalism. Out of all the things I heard about them, most of them were good except for one bad review that complained about bad quality but did not mention what property and where. Since there were no specifics involved, it seemed fishy. Their most recent project was in 2009 called Golden Plams and another one called Silver Springs. It would be a good idea to take a look at them before you decide.

Hi! I also wanted to point out that there might not be any banks around the area but in the airport surroundings, there are two or three ATMs. You will also find lots of restaurants near the airport terminal. Every time I am at the airport I eat some fast food from either KFC or Mc. Donald's. But you will also find Haldi, The Square, The GMR Canteen and The Flavours Of India Food Court. If you go towards the highway, you will find two petrol bunks and if you follow that road you'll find a tiffins and meals restaurant.

I agree. I have also heard of Palm Springs, Sterling Homes and Splendor. These are all by the same builders. And I have read a few positive testimonials about them. Again, like it is already mentioned, since it is situated near the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, there are very few things around the area. There are two schools GMR Chinmaya Vidyalaya and The AGA Khan Academy which is an international school and is a part of their chain of residential schools. The good thing is that if you are a frequent flyer, being situated near the airport is an advantage.

I have heard of many projects that are handled by Modi builders but most of them are not completed yet. Their plans seem pretty promising and they have properties scattered all over the city. This project however is situated near the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. So there is not much happening directly around the site. But what is convenient is that except for the sound of the aircrafts, you can expect a lot of calm and peace. I invested on a property near an airport just for that reason. You won't hear a lot of traffic like other more heavily crowded places.
