The area is actually quite a nice locality except for the huge pools of stagnant water. Children couldn't even play outside and any outdoor activity had to be finished off quickly so people didn't have to inhale the stench. But there has been talk of a new drainage system.

Hi Subash,Sorry to say but that's an old issue. The new project has pipes that are 24 inches in diameter that are laid all across Ravi Colony to AOC gate and has eased the flowing drainage in many places. So it is absolutely Okay buying a property in this area.

I heard that the sewage and drainage system in the locality is very poor so I would suggest you not to good for this locality. The civic amenities in this locality have not yet improved. :( :(
