How is the locality Vijaynagar?

Q: I'm thinking about investing in Vijaynagar but I want a general idea of the locality first because I don't know much about it. Do you think the area has good scope for future growth? Why so?

Many good educational, industrial, commercial, and residential institutions are present in this locality. That's why demand for property here has shown a marked increase of late. Real estate wise it is very good option to invest here.

Public trnasport in the area is very good. Roads like General Thimmaiah Road, Kannada Parishath Road, Kalidasa Road and Tennali Rama Road all link the locality to other parts. Hunsur road that runs across it diagnolly is another very important road in this area. Lot of bus stations are also there

To the north west of Vijaynagar is Ring Road. This road allows for easy access to other parts of the city. That's another great thing about this locality. It is well placed.

Recently I've been hearing a lot about upcoming residential projects in this locality. Many people I find are thinking about investing in this area. Apparently it has very good returns from investment.

Vijaynagar is a very good locality. It is primarily a residential hub in Mysore but it also has excellent connectivity and infrastruture facilities. One of the best places to stay in Mysore according to me
