Q: Hey I read that KCR has withdrawn the Non-Agricultural Land Assessment tax on real estate projects? What are the sort of changes that this tax concession will bring to real estate sector in Hyderabad?
Also there is going to be a four lane corridor connecting east and west hyd namely Vanasthalipuram and Ramachandrapuram. Also there will be another corridor connecting north and south. This way that 25 flyover project is no longer needed.
Hello :) The chief minister wants to make a lot of developmental changes in the city after his visit to Singapore and Malaysia. He wants world class roads to come up in the city. the first 500 km is to come up by this year and the next 50% will be developed within the next 2 years.
Oh yeah and some of the other announcements made that day, was the provision of a 1000 km road in Hyd costing 10k crores. Also 2 corridors that would connect the 4 corners of Hyd, and provision of 4 lakh LED streetlights.
Yes the chief minister wants to create a hassle free environment for real estate players and developers so as to improve real estate sector in Hyderabad. Also there are plans of increasing SOPS to to boost real estate. There will also be a single window system for giving clearences to all the projects in Hyderabad.
Thank god the current system of getting 40 no - objection certificates from different departments will no longer be there. Only for taking bribes from developers I think this sytem used to be there.
