Illegal constructions in Vadavalli, Coimbatore

Q: Are there any encroachment problems in Vadavalli? What is the development authority's stance on it? Im planning to buy a house here pretty soon.

Yeah those shops were actually on a piece of land which was part of a reserved site. The encroachment came to the corporation's notice when they were doing some routine background checks and inspections.

Yes I heard about that too. In Thillai Nagar in vadavalli, am I right? There were some illegal shops and all, which got torn down.

You know what, despite all this, I dont think you should worry about it much, because the authorities are quite vigil about these kinda things. Even recently they took down some illelgal constructions, here in Vadavalli only.

There are encroachment problems almost everywhere in Coimbatore, but yea Vadavalli seems to be seeing a lot of those lately.
