Budget Homes in Sainikpuri

Q: Hey I'm moving with my family to Sainikpuri and I want to know about the real estate market of the area. Do yu think I will find a good home for within 30 lakhs? Also can I know about the property price trends of the locality? Can I also know a little bit about Sainikpuri in general? Thanks for the help :)

Sainikpuri has been known to give very good returns from investment, especially for multi storey apartments. If you're looking for spacious homes, then Sainikpuri has a number of options for you to choose from.

Most of the demand is for vacant plots in Sainipuri. People prefer to construct their own properties. But now since infrastructure has improved so much, people are now also going for finished apartment projects. Even independent house are there in plenty.

Hey property prices have appreciated in Sainikpuri if you compare with last years quarter to now. Capital values have increased for both multi storey apartments and plotted developments.

Yeah plot prices have gone up by 5 %, and multi storey apartments have increased from 2,100-2,300 per sq ft to Rs 2,400-2,600 per sq ft.

Sainikpuri is only half an hour away from the IT hub at Pocharam. This also was one of the reasons that real estate demand is high in Sainikpuri. All IT employees are taking up homes here and their offices in Pocharam is so close by.

Sainikpuri also has all the facilities. Infrastructure facilities like shopping malls, schools, hospitals, banks, restraunts are all there in Sinikpuri. So it is a good idea for you to get a house here.

Yeah the Secunderabad railway station is located quite close. Just 13 km away, whih is about 35 minutes if you go via Krishna Deva Raya Road and Moula Ali Flyover.

I think a 2 bhk with size of 1200 to 1900 square feet you can get within 15 to 17 lakhs. And for a 3 bhk with size 2000 to 3000 square feet, you can get for 28 to 35 lakhs. Property prices are definitely affordable in Sainikpuri.

Lot of options for 2 and 3 bhks are there in Sainikpuri. And the apartments are very nice. zAnd even the surroundings of the apartment are nice. Lot of greenery is there.

Sainikpuri is a very nice locality that is located to the north east of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. You get spacious apartments here at a good price.
