Are the Roads in Sainikpuri Good?

Q: I'm thinking of buying a compact independent house in Sainikpuri. Now I'm aware of the little water problem that the area has, and I'm oki with getting water tankers once in a while. However, are there any other problems in the area, especially the roads. Are the roads good in the area?

Well, first of all. We stay in India buddy, even if you are staying in an aweosme area some roads will be bad. It is inevitabel.
