Latest update is that they have received the CMDA approval for construction and waiting on local panchayat approval , expected by Aug 18th and they prefer to wait till the aadi period is over to sign the TPA and start construction. pls let me know if you have received any further information.

Hi Till now builder is waiting for panchayat approval, builder said that within a week they get approval for this project.

Hi, Last weekend we have visited Urban Tree Wow with an open mind. We liked the location, amenities and floor plan, ended up booking a flat there. We heard good feedback about Urban Tree Infrastructures as a builder, so builderwise we felt comfortable. Currently the rate per sq ft is Rs 5400 per sq ft for second phase. But I think I have to talk with the builder directly for rate..

Latest information is that they have received all the approvals and will be starting the construction on Nov-16-2015. But because of the recent rain, it been postponed. I have booked an apartment in first floor

Booked a flat in WOW for a promotional offer of 4399/ Sq.ft in the first floor, 2nd to 4th have an additional 50Rs / sq.ft known as elevation charges. Right now i think they are selling at 4499 / Sq.ft , I booked it 1 month ago.

Hi,
currently the market price of this project is around 51 to 80 lac having 2 and 3 bhk unit available for sales.As per as possession is concerned project is complete in between Nov - dec 2016.

Hi Vivekananda, The rate per sqft going on is Rs 4700 and current the project is in soft launch. The project is expected to launch by next month. So there is no update about the possession and other details.
