As per my knowledge, this project is located in one of the prime residential location of Chennai, Pallavaram which is right across the pallavaram-thoraipakkam fly over. This area has all daily basic amenities nearny. This project offers 1 BHK, 2 bHK & 3 BHK luxurious apartments , area ranging from 650sq-ft to 1634 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 6200/sq-ft. Expected possession is Jan 2015.

If you are searching 2 BHK apartment of 1100 sq-ft to 1336 sq-ft then according to builder, over all cost will come around 68.20 Lac to 82.83 Lac .
