Hey Pavan, It seems the project is still under construction, is there a delay in possession. What are the types of configuration available here and what are the number of units coming up?

Yes and the concern person told me that the project will get completed by January 2017. BBCL Stanburry will have 52 boutique villas with a combination of 3 and 4 configurations.

BBCL Stanburry is pre-certified Gold by the Indian Green Building Council. The project amenities such as multi purpose hall, games and recreation, fitness centre, infinity pool, reflexology garden, landscape gardens, senior's courtyard and children's pocket.

Sir,
They are not charging anything extra, out of the payment plan. This is villa property, it will come as a package type. Like Mr sameer said suppose it is cost around 1.7cr then this amount is including everything.

Hi Sriram,

I am also interested to have an villa here. I inquired about this project. Spoke with concerned person & got to know that this villa is coming like a complete package type. Service tax & all charges are including in the package. Like 2150 sq-ft of villa will come around 1.70 Cr .Taxes with additional charges ,document charges are including 1.70 Cr. There is no separate charge for it.

As per my knowledge, this project has CMDA approval & banks like AXIS , ICICI & HDFC are providing loan for it. Expected possession of this project is around March 2016.
