Forum Group, Kolkata based real estate giant and a well known name in the commercial and residential infrastructure sector has announced its plans to begin work on a shopping mall and office space in Bhubaneswar. The project titled Esplanade by Forum is likely to offer more than 2.5 Lakh square feet to office space, 4 Lakhs square feet of shopping mall as well as an eight screen multiplex.

The Rs. 500 crore shopping mall project in Bhubaneswar is going to place the city at par with some of the pother significant real estate landmarks in the country. The facade of the project is inspired by Odisha’s famous weave pattern and will use innovative materials and design. The project will be executed by Leighton Group from Australia, one of the world’s biggest contractors as per their collaboration with the Future Group.
