Hi Guys,

I came to know from news that, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority's (YEIDA) board has recently approved the budget for a multi-modal transport system. Budget has also been allocated for a master plan of essential services such as electrification, sewage, water and drainage. The total budget allocated is approximately Rs 7,580 crore.

Yes, I heard from news the same thing. Investing in a market when infra-projects are announced or in the nascent stages of development provides ample opportunity for appreciation of the property. Properties in and around the upcoming infra-project stand a good chance of appreciation. The tram and the metro, once completed, would facilitate movement between Noida and Greater Noida. It would take another three to four months before the final length and cost of the project is decided.

Hi,
Thus, this announcement made by the YEIDA certainly seems to be good news for investors. “Even though it is too early to comment, these developments would certainly push up real estate prices in Noida and Greater Noida. At present, projects in these locations are still affordable as compared to Delhi and Gurgaon. Thus, if someone has an investment horizon of five to seven years, it is certainly a good time to enter the market,

Hi Jay,
As per my knowledge, YEIDA has launched the facility for its multi-storeyed flat scheme. Prospective buyers can apply online and also make the payment online without having to visit the YEIDA office in Greater Noida. The online facility is expected to benefit over 25,000 people.

Hi Jay,

In my point of view, it will be a boon for allottees of residential, institutional, industrial, commercial and group housing categories of land, besides prospective investors in the area. Allottees would have three options to pay – direct debit, credit cards and net banking. The authority has tied up with 20 public and private sector banks for the debit payment facility

Hi Jay,

YEIDA authority has also tied up with ICICI bank and is in talks with HDFC to implement payments and receipts through RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) system and National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). Development of software for payment through RTGS and NEFT, a nationwide payment system facilitating one-to-one funds transfer, has been implemented.

Hi Jay,

As per my knowledge, allottees can check all the information related to the property on the portal. The online system will also enable the allottees to know the exact status of their account. The authority also has plans to introduce the on line facility for other essential services.

@ JAY,
In my point of view, in the next phase, people would be able to pay their property installments, water/sewer charges, lease rent, interest, penalties and surcharge etc. Govt. making these rules & regulations to easy the payment process & to provide people smooth ,simple on line plan.
