As per my knowledge, Ambawadi & Navrangpura are nice locations & fully developed also. Even as of now some infrastructure development is happening. Both locations are prime residential decent location. From connectivity point of view, both locations are well connected with other parts of the city by city transport , bus, train & railway. Rental appreciation is very good & high in these above said localities.

According to me,Ambawadi, one of the centrally located suburbs of Ahmedabad, recently gained prominence for rental preference. Ambawadi emerging as the new preferred area for rent is its proximity to GIDC industrial area and IT companies located within the area itself. It is located close to the GIDC industrial area as compared to Satellite and Bopal, the most preferred localities for rent.

As per my knowledge, Ambawadi is an old developed residential area which makes demand for rented apartments from the professionals working in the IT companies situated in and around the locality. It seems that rent seekers in Ahmedabad have started choosing comfort and convenience over the top most preferred localities of rent .

Yes guys, Ambawadi is a nice location & demanding area for IT people. But as per my knowledge, Navrangpura is one of the prime residential location having a lot of educational institutes in & around it's vicinity. Colleges such as Gujarat University, CEPT University, Ahmedabad Textile Industry’s Research Association, LD College of Engineering and Physical Research Laboratory, among others are located within the locality.

Hi Guys,
As per my knowledge, both locations are good & having heavy demand of rent. Ambawadi is having demand because of IT people & Navrangpura is having more demand because of Students.
According to me, Navrangpura has a mix of commercial and residential development. It is located at the centre of the city, attracting major corporate companies to establish their business offices here.

In my point of view, rental appreciation is more in this area. This area makes more demand for rented apartments because for more number of students . Navrangpura is backed by strong physical and social infrastructure, thus, attracting many students to study and live here. The area is developed with the presence of various hospitals, restaurants, grocery stores and banks.
