Yes, The price in this area is also pretty reasonable, As far as I know.. It starts at around 2,500 per sqft, and it has been going up steadily from the past 2-3 years. It a good place to invest in as well as it close to the center of the city and has easy access to everything as well.
Bandalaguda is a very pleasent and peaceful place with lots of trees and it is away from the city's pollution. Also, the road from Bandalaguda to Kismatpura is being extended as a 2 way road. So that will increase the area's network to other parts as well
From a security point of view also, Bandalaguda is really safe even if its slightly away from the city as there is a military area near there. That is why a lot of people who work in the Gachobowli area are looking for property here
Bandalaguda was recently mergerd into the Hyderabad Metro and so the development in this area is still going on. The Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is just 14 kms from here and can be reaches via the ring road in just under 30 mins. And the gachibowli IT hub is also just 10 kms away from here.
Oh yeah, Bandalaguda is also close many tourist location in Hyderabad. It is only 5 kms from the Golkonda fort and only 4 kms from the Himayat Sagar lake and 10 kms from Osman Sagar lake..and the Mrugavani National Park :)

Bandalaguda is on the outskirts of the city and is slowing gaining a good real estate market. It falls a little away from the Outer Ring Road, around 2 kms away and it is close to the Appa Junction. It is known a s a good residential locaity as many schools like the Glendale Academy and Pristine public school are nearby and so are many hospitals.. like Shadaan, which is quite reputable and Siddhartha hospital are close by!
