Please advice on best location for residential plot purchase, for my own use

Q: I am planning to buy a residential plot for my own use. My budget is 10 to 15L including loan. Please advice on the best area to choose in these. padappai / Guduvancheri to Nellikuppam rd / vandalur Kelambakkam road ?

Hi Aparna,

Mannivakkam is a very good residential locality. Mannivakkam is place to live comfortably because it has got green trees, near by schools, railway stations, bus stand, industrial area like Oragadam, Shriram gate way, mahindra city. Whole family can enjoy even in the week days with out strain and pain. Vandaloor zoo, theaters are very near by, and upcoming super theaters, malls in GST Road.

As per my knowledge, there are direct buses from Urapakkam and Guduvancherry to this locality. It can be reached through Madambakkam and Guduvancherry. The Meenambakkam airport is about 60 kilometers away. This is a developing area. Easy accessible by city transport & train.

Mannivakkam water supply comes from the Chennai Public Works Department (PWD). The electricity supply in Mannivakkam is managed by the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB) . Rajkumar Sulochana Matriculation Higher Sec School is the nearest one & PERI Institute of Technology is the nearest well known college. Nearby hospitals are Christudas Hospital & Apollo Hospital.

This area is surrounded by Vandalur -walajabad road & Chennai outer ring road & Mudichur road. So from connectivity point of view, this area surrounded by roads. No transportation issue. Manivakkam Lake & Urappakkam lake is coming in this area. This area is one of the upcoming posh locality of Chennai.
