Q: Hey everyone, How is the present real estate market in and around Hyderabad? I want to invest in some real estate property in Hyderabad. I was wondering if it is the right time to do so. Can anybody please tell me.
But for the buyers, the market has been stable with a number of commercial and residential space available. I think this is the right time to invest in Hyderabad, as the returns for the investements look really promising and profits can be acquired in the future.
Hyderabad saw a great increase in the real estate market during 2008-to 2010 but then the projects started decreasing as there was political unstability in the area, and that scared the investors. But now that the political issues are resolved and the launch of aerospace and defence sector in this region, Hyderabad will see and increased development.
The focus right now is shifting to places like Adibhatla, Manchal and Shamshabad, where the land is in abundance and all the major projects and plans are coming around this place. The average price here is around 50 - 60 lakh per acre. Also, these areas are close to the Outer ring road and there are several radial roads that are connecting these areas with the ORR, so this area will see a lot of development.
Hey it is true that that the real estate market is not active right now, but hyderabad is set to see a big real estate boom in the near future. because of he many projects that are coming up in and around the area like the hyderabad metro and the ITIR corridor, and the Warangal-Hyderabad Industrial corridor, the real estate prices are set to go uup real soon.
Hey in answer to your question, after the burification of the state, hyderabad was expected to see a rapid growth in the real estate market. but right now, the market there has still not picked up the pace and the realtors and investors are waiting for the real estate market to boom.
Yeah the growth in real estate market is slow right now and the experts think that it will be another 6 months before there is any activity in the real estate market, there is still unsold properties that are waiting for buyers.
