Hey yes, you heard it right, the Centre has sanctioned a Indian Institute Of Management as well in Warangal. The details about when it is set to come up are not disclosed yet. But the Government has planned to establish the IIMs in 6 different states and in Telangana, Warangal is selected for the establishment.

wow, AIIMS is a very reputed and prestegious institute. this will boast the real estate market around the area soo much. I think we will see a lot of growth in the near future around the area where AIIMS is about to come up.

The AIIMS that has been proposed is a big project with a budget of around 840 crore!! It is said to come up in an area of around 200 acres. this institute will have a medical hospital with 960 beds as well as a college with 100 seats.

But i have read somewhere that Hyderabad will mostly be chosen as the location due to logistic issues and also because it has better facilities like man power that are required for the institute compared to the other places that have been proposed.

Hai, yes the Telangana Governmentis planning to establish the prestegious AIIMS institute in the state soon. But the exact location of the institute has not been finalised yet. Hyderabad, Warangal, Nalgonda and Ranga Reddy have been proposed as the locations, but the decision for it still has not been made.
