What are the issues that people in this locality are facing? What percentage of appreciation is expected?
Kashif Mohammed

Water supply is a major civic challenge for Shamshabad’s residents. The area experiences irregular supply of water, and residents of the locality have to resort to buying water from private agencies, which is quite an expensive affair. Investors are likely to see between 6% to 10% returns.

Look, Shamshabad has abundant land and this is why many investorrs are looking at it. RIght now, the Real estate in Hyderabad is about to go up because of the several new developments taking place in it like the establishment of the new SEZ and the aerospace parks etc, So i think it is the correct time to invest in Shamshabad right now.

Hello, apart from that, this area is close to the ORR in Hyderabad and it is close to the National Highway 5, that leads to Bangalore. It has seen some rapid development in the past few years only due to all these factors.
