Details and information about the locality Yousufguda in Hyderabad

Q: Hello guys, I am from Kollam and I just go ttranferred to Hyderabad. I was thinking of a good locality to stay and one of my recommendations was Yousufguda. How is this area? Can someone please give me some details about this place?

Hey! You can invest here too. It is a good investment area, with a lot of scope for development in the future too. You may get good returns from here in the future as the real estate area in Hyderabad is about to see some good development with the proposed IT corridor and the Metro rail project. :)

Yep! Taking an apartment here makes sense but you can also rent a place here, As far as I know the rental price in Yousufguda is around Rs 11 for apartments and for houses, the price is Rs 14. You will get themonthly rent for around 12,000 to 18,000 rupees or so.

Hey are you looking for an apartment to stay? there are some projects here that are coming up like MG residency and Vishnu Splendour and Vishnu homes, I think the present price for apartments here is aroubd 3,300 per sq ft. and for houses, it is around 8,700 rupees per sq ft.

Yousufguda is only 8 km from the Hi tech city and around 12 kms from the Gachibowli area. Bu t i think the major part of this area is in the form of apartments and commercial buildings, and most of them are completed.

Yousufguda also has good bus facilities. You get the TSRTC buses, from bus stops like Indira nagar bus stop and Sri Krishna Nagar bust stop, which will take you to the other parts of the city. The necklace road MMTS is also pretty near by like only 5 km away.

Hey Yousufguda is also located in a very good place. It is close to the National Highway no 9 that goes to Mumbai from Hyderabad. This highway has a lot of traffic and being a mojor highway, the real estate here is rapidly increasing.

Yeah, yousufguda is a posh locality and it has all the basic amenities that are required for a comforable living. many good schools around like VIVERO International school and Kaushalya Global School, AmeriKIDS and Swetcha schools are near by. You also find good hospitals at a short distance like Shree Nursing Home, AXON Hospitals and Anvitha Hospital.

Helo, due to its proximity to the IT hub in Hyderabad in Hi tech cit and Madhapur, Yousuf guda has seen early development. many people are looking to shift here as the area is close to their offices and is in the hearrt of the city. The price here is very high as compared to the rest of the city. It is around 4,700 rupess per sq ft.

Hey! Glad that you have thought of shifting to Yousufguda. It is a very popular residential sub urb of Hyderabad. it is close to popular localities like Ameerpet and Begumpet. It has a good blend of shops and houses for sale. It is blooming in terms of development and I am sure you will live comfortably there.
