But the road here is pretty bad! A huge portion of it had caved in recently and the state has been pretty bad from that time on with many poth holes. Moreover, the traffic here also poses a huge problem for motorists.

Rent is pretty reasonable in this area as this locality has a major student population for the various coaching institutions that are present here. I think the present rent is around 7 or 8 rupees per sq ft. You will get a good 2 bhk for 8000 or 9000 rupees.

Hey in case you are looking for a place, many apartments are coming up in here, you can check out the Shanti sri ram Sonata, Royal Sea Field, HSR Vasudha and Koratla palace in nallakunta. They are offering good 2 and 3 bhk paartments.

I have heard that the present price in Nallakunta is around 5,200 per sq ft rupees for apartments! That is a little pricey if you ask me, It is way above the city's average. You can check out the other places around and then take a good decision

You get a lot of buses from TSRTC here. Route number 2 and 3 are frequent in here that take you to Koti and ECIL. Apart from that, this place is good to reside with family. You have the famous Shankar Matth Temple near by and it is also close to the State highway 202.

You get a lot of buses from here too. being close to the heart of the city, it has good access to the buses for inter city travel and the Vidya nagar railway Station is less that half a km away!

Hey! Nallakunta is an area that is filled with many prestegious institutions for IIT and other competitive exams like Sharma's Institute of IIT and Ramaiyyah Institute, Matrusri, Delta college. Im sure that taking up a home here will be profitable for your son.

Yeah, this place has good shops that cater to every day needs like Reliance Fresh and Heritage shops. also medical facilities are available in plenty around here like the Durgabai Deshmukh hospital, Fever Hospital and My care, and Nistha Health care.
