I would like to tell you that the connectivity of this area is also really good. The Secunderabad Railway Station, which is the major railway station of the city, is just 7 km from this place. And a lot of buses from the route number 16 travel from ths locality, connecting itt to others.
But being such a popular residential place, this place suffers from a severe water scarcity. The roads here are also pretty narrow and have a lot of poth holes and this leads to huge traffic jams here during the busy office hours.
See because Neredmet is close to some up coming area like A S Rao Nagar and R K Puram, there has been some rapid development here in the recent past that has affected the real estate market in this area too. I think more development can be seen here, and this would probably be the right time to invest in here
The price in this area went up to an all time low in 2013 when it was around 1500 rupes per sq ft. Other than that, once the market picked up pace, there has been avery huge increase in the real estate market here.
Neredmet is very highly populated but there are some new residential projects that are coming up in here like Siri Shaili Nilayam, Subbalakshmi Apartments, Vasudha Nilayam and UB Spectra. They are all high rise apartments selling 2 and 3 bhk apartments.
The present price in Neredmet right now is around 2,600 rupees per sq ft for apartments. I think it is quite reasonable in that area. For independent houses, the price is around 2,800 rupees per sq ft. You can get some good 2 bhk apartments here for 27 lakhs or so.
Neredmet has some good schools around in case you are looking for some . you have the DAV public school, Bhavans Sri ramakrishna School, Army Public School and St. Thomas School. Some really good medical facilities are also available like Shriya Nursing Home, SNS Hospital, Mamatha hospital, nd Sudha Nursing Home.
Hey Neredmet is one of the most populated localities in Hyderabad. I has many sub locales which have an equal blend of shops, malls and residential houses. The main road here has a lot of shops and houses many businesses. And the sub locales have independent as well as apartments for rent. Residential layout are very few here.
