you know, mostly the people here depend on the good hospitals in the city like the Lakeshore hospital, Medical Trust Hospital or the Lissie hospital. but you can see that the Iris clinic, St. John's Hospital, Punarnava Ayurveda Hospital are some of the nearby hospitals in this area.

yeah, this region is well connected and this has resulted in the commercial environment that we see here. I think the commercial environment is very good here. you know, it is near to some good malls in the city like the Oberon Mall, Gold Souk Grande and Lulu Mall. Moreover, adjacent to the locality you can see some good shops and stores like Flower Park, Thevara Market, Sim Bits, KA Stores, Maria Fashion Store, etc.

The area is definitely good for living and all. This development is mostly due to the proximity of the kochi city. There is a good connectivity to the city and other parts of the city. The Pandit Karuppan Road passes adjacent to the locality providing connectivity to the city.

Kairali nagar is actually a small locality in the area of Thevara. It is very near to the Thevara Canal. I think this is a well developed residential locality. The Thevara Urban Co-operative society is located in this region. Mostly the residential properties of this region comprises of individual houses, villas and also plots.
