Primera project is very close to Dwarka expressway. This project has 70% open space. Full green area in-front of this project. Most internal ares are greenery. This big prestigious township project has two club house in it. Apart from this every project has each one club house in it. Many reputed malls & commercial complex are nearby. Both side of this project are having commercial complex.

This luxurious project has 3BHK apartments , area ranging from 1695 sq-ft to 1720 sq-ft. Builder quoted price around 6500/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around October 2017. This project is located in one of the most precious location, which is now a days hub of investors. Dwarka expressway is adding more benefit to this project. Once this expressway will start running current basic selling price will touch the sky.

Currently it is expected that capital appreciation is good. But rental appreciation is more. To gain more we have to wait until expressway started running. Many plot projects are surrounded to this project. Development is happening. This integrated township project has six parks in side. According to me, this project is a nice deal for long ternm investment & end use too.
