Hey but there is a huge traffic problem that persists in here. This is because of the huge number of business and traders around and a huge shopping area. So that is why there is always traffic in here. And during summer, there is no water too.
I think investing in here is also a good option right now, as this place is right in the heart of the city and has a lot of commercial establishments. I think you will be able to get good profits in return in the future.
Hey the Hyderabad Metro rail is coming up near the Abids, and i think this will only bring about a lot mor of developemnt in this locality because this will b ring the fast rail access to the locality. And also, the Nampally Railway Station is also close by, which is only like 1 km away
