Oh definitely I agree with you. So many buses are constantly plying on this road. KSRCTC and all. You can board pretty much any of these buses from the numbers of bus stops on this road, like the Ganesh Temple Bus Stop, the Alanahalli 1st Main bus stop, the Alanahalli 2nd cross bus stop, Ladies college bus stop, SNS Coinvent bus stop, KSRTC bus stop, etc
I think no one will disagree wtih me on the fact that this is an extremely easily accessible stretch. It basically is easy to commute between two different point. Also since it meets the SH 88 thats an added advantage.
I would like to throw some light on the commercial viability of this road stretch. There are a couple of supermarkets right when the road starts. Basically at its junction point with the SH 88. There is a More super marekt there, a Daily Needs Super Bazar, and even a Low Margin super bazar.
Yes there are a couple of hospitals along this stretch. And since its a direct route, they are all easily accessible from different points of the road. First of all, there is the Nirmala Hospital, then of course the Mysore Race Club Eye Hospital. and the Rajshekhar Hospital.
Many people avoid investing in real estate markets that develop along road stretches, fearing that they wont offer the same kind of returns. But just see this road stretch has everythoing, schools, hospitals, its a proper residential locality.
In fact not many people know but the Cauvery college of nursing is also there, so thats one source of real estate interest generation that you can expect. Also you missed the Ganapathy Sachidananda School. and of course the Hilal High school.
The road does have a number of schools across its stretch and that will be a beneficial factor for your investemnt here. For example there is the Shri Nirvana Swamy High School. Sri Nirvana Swamy Krupa Vidyapith, and the GHP School
Yes I think you want the part that starts from the state highway 88 as the National Highway. Yeah T. Narsipura Road is actually the NH 212 in this part of the city. It pretty much stretches till the Kaveri river.
This road that you have asked info on is actually a huge stretch.you should decide to focus only on the part of it within the city's boundaries, since its the part where all the actual real estate growth is happening.
