The Shreya West Metro in Chanda Nagar has 2 bhk apartments for rent. This apartment is well maintained and has good facilities. I think you will like this apartments. The rent per month in here for 2 bhk is 13,000 rupees per month. The size in here is around 1000 sq ft to 1100 sq ft.

I have heard that the Malaysian Township in KPHB colony has a lot of units for sale, and the price of the 2 bhk apartments in this township is around 16,000 rupees over month.

Kukatpally also has some really good rentals as well, There are villas for rent as well under 20,000 rupees as well. There are 2 bhk apartments for rent in the Sri Lakshimi Residency in Kukatpally, where the rent is ra 12,500 per month.

SMR Vinay Elegance apartments in Mettuguda have some rally good facilities and there are a few portions here for sale. the rent in this apartment is 18,500 rupees per month, and the area is also realy good, situated close to the city. Apart from that in habsiguda, Avanthi apartments have rent houses for 10,000 rupees a month.

Hey the Aarambh Township in Chandanagar is also really good. It is a new apartment an the price for rent in here is only 8,000 rupees. They have good facilities also. The size of the 2 bhk here is approx 700 sq ft.

There are some apartment properties in Sainikpuri which have good maintenance and they have the rental price under 20,000 ruppes pnly. The Mythri the Town apartment project has a few unts for sale and the rent in here is 14,000 ruppes per month. Another apartment project with rent is the Janapriya Lake Fronth apartments, where the rent for a 2 bhk is 8,500 ruppes per month. And Jupier Sai Ashirwad, where you can get a 3 bhk flat for 14,000 ruppes a month.

The Saket Sriyam Apartment project that is situated in the A S Rao Nagar is also offering you some good 2 bhk units for rent, I think the price for 2 bhk in here is 14,000 rupees pr so. They are good apartments with nice facilities as well. Their size varies from 1200 sq ft to 1300 sq ft.
