Not only the IT companies, food and beverage companies like Coca Cola and the world famour furniture giant IKEA are also setting up their facilities in Hyderabad now. So not only the outskirts, the places inside the city will also see an increase in the near future I think.
I think Hyderabad is set to become a new IT destination. The Government is planning so many new things, and also many IT companies like Google and Cisco have shown interest in investing in Hyderabad. I think this will now increase the real estate in Hyderabad real soon.
This is true. The nearby sub urbs and districts are seeing a lot of development and increase in the land value. I have recently heard that Medak district, which never witnessed even Rs 25 lakh revenue collection in a month has crossed Rs 1 crore mark during the last two months
Realtors are coming up with all sorts of schemes to attract the consumers. I have just come across some scheme where the Realestate firms have roped in agents to market the plots in areas where the Chief Minister has announced mega-projects and one of them offers one acre for Rs 3.8 lakh near Pharma City with 10 grams gold free.
I agree, there will be a good prospect for the land in the nearby areas in the future. You can expect the land around these areas to see further developemnt and the prices to go up in the extreme future but expecting profits right now is not really possible.
Yes, the Realtors are taking up full advantage are are offering plots and residential land near the outskrits telling people that there will be future development in this area due to the establishment of various industries and SEZs but there is no clarity or time frame as to when these projects will start and when they will complete.
See all the projects that have been announced like the Hyderabad Pharma City, the New IT hub in Adibhatla, SEZ and industrial corridor near the Hyderabad Warngal area or the Aerospace park are all huge projects and they have just been announced. So i think there is a lot of time, maybe even decades, untill these things actually turn up.
Okay, But no one knows when these projects would come up. They have been annonced, but who knows when they will come up? But the CM's aerial surveys and various announcements have helped realtors to reap the benefits now itself.
"The Telangana state revenue rose to Rs 240 crore in December from Rs 201 crore in June,
fuelled by the realty boom in Nalgonda, Medak, Mahbubnagar and Warangal
districts. That is really a huge increase in revenue in such a short time."
I have heard about this news too. In fact revenue generated in the three districts, which was low earlier, has witnessed a steep increase. Property registrations in November touched Rs 13.7 crore in Nalgonda, Rs 13.6 crore in Medak, Rs 12 crore in Warangal and Rs 10 crore in Mahbubnagar. RangaReddy and Hyderabad districts continued to top with collections of Rs 115 crore and Rs 45 crore, respectively, in December.
Hey after the burification of the state, the Government of telangana has been announcing a lot of developments and infrastructure plans that are coming up in the capital. And due to all that, the real estate market in these areas has see a huge increase in the past few months.
This is true! Neighbouring districts like Medak, Nalgonda and Mahbubnagar districts have seen a lot of increase in the real estate prices in the recent past. and this is because most of the upcoming plans and projects are coming up in the outskrits only.
