Hi Huda Ali,

As per different sources,it is believed that the whole project will be developed around a new Metro station that is currently being set up. "The station will be centre of development and shopping arcades will be provided at both Metro concourse and at ground level.

@ Huda,
In my point of view, this is being done to encourage pedestrians, instead of motorised traffic, around the shopping and walking areas. The most important feature of the project will be a sense of pride and safety the new project will bring to the local community.

@ Mr Huda.

I came to know from news that, the area where development authority is planning this development, is currently considered to be the backyard of various planned colonies. The project will open the under-utilised but beautiful Sanjay Lake for people, making it a new city tourist destination.
Indeed it is a great initiative taken by Delhi Development Authority to creat an ideal landmark & save the lake.

Hi Mr Huda,

The project was announced by DDA vice-chairperson Balvinder Kumar. It will be based on 25 acres of mixed-use land located close to Yamuna. Once the project is completed, visitor can stroll along restaurants, arcades, eateries and food courts facing the lake.

Hi Mr Ali,

As permy knowledge, the commercial development around the lake will keep it well-watched, safe and active at all times. One component of the project will be a promenade along the boundary of the lake that could be used by people to walk or jog. We will also provide access from different points to this promenade.
