one of the popular areas in Kochi, the commercial infrastructure of this region is quite good. You can see that the Gold Souk Grande Mall is here only. There are lots of shops and hypermarkets like A2Z Collections, Pantaloons, Cafe Coffee Day, Q Cinemas, Big Bazaar, Cochin Locks etc here.

One thing is that most of these developments are focused towards the region near to the Salem-Kochi-Kanyakumari highway. For settling down, this is a nice area. There you can see lots of individual houses as well as villas. You can also see some apartments like Jomer Symphony, The Park, Bhasker, TBPL PK Arcade, Focus, Moonview Apartment, SFS Beverly Park, Skyline Topaz, Skyline Autumn Woods and many more in this region.

Hi guys, There are some good social infrastructure in this region. You can see that there are some good schools and colleges here like International Graduate School, St. Rita's School, Christ King School, Government LP School, and many other play schools and primary schools here.

hi...the connectivity of this region is quite good machanzz...You can see that the NH 47 or the Salem-Kochi-Kanyakumari road passes through this locality. You know, the Civil Lines road is also in a nearby region. This enables connectivity to various parts of the town without any issues very quickly.

Ponnurunni is a very good locality in the central part of Kochi. Some of the nearby localities to this region are Chalikkavattom, Kuthappady, DD Village, Kathrikadavu, Kumaranasan Nagar, Elamkulam etc. The Railway Marshling Yard can be seen in this region.
