Exactly guys, As you can see, most of the property that you would find here are individual houses and serviced villas. The apartment projects are also well developed in this region. There are many project here like the Galaxy Regent, Palm Grove, Pearls Garden veiw, Galaxy Clifford, Ashisham, Shanti Homes, etc. in and around this region.

I think the health infrastructure in and around this region is quite developed. You can see that the Silverline Hospital is one of the popular hospitals that you can see near to this region. There are also other hospitals that the residents depend on such as Giridhar Eye hospital, Ayurved Hospital etc. in the nearby locality.

You know, the locality of Neptune Counry is very near to some of the prominent localities in Kochi. You can see that the area is near to Kadavanthra, Nethaji Nagar, Chilavannur, Elamkulam and Vyttila regions. So, you can call this region a prime location for staying in Kochi.

I think that the western side of the locality has some very good social development, Especially near to the area of Giri Nagar. There you can see some of the popular schools and educational institutions of this region like T.I.M.E, Institute of Physics, Eurokids International Pre School, SIP Kadavanthra, Valsan Memorial International School.

Hey, I would like to specify some very good shops and commercial infrastructure in and near to this place. Near to the SA road, you can see some good shops and hypermarkets as well as showrooms like Pant House, Mahindra motors showroom, Sheejas IT Mall, Kattithara traders, Pink Shop, Nike Factory Store, Popular Bajaj Showroom, Max shopping centre etc.

Neptune Country is a very good locality situated in the chilavannur region guys,..You know, one of the high points of this locality is the connectivity of this region. You know the Chilavannur road goes through the centre of the localtiy. This connects to the SA Road eventually providing smooth connectivity to the rest of the city.

Exactly. but you know, the commerce of this region is not that good. You can approach the nearby locality of Chilavannur for the big shops and all. But, small shops are mainly catering to the requirement of the residents here.
