Gud evening all!!!
Surat, in Gujarat is considered as the best city to live in. The diamond capital of the world is a well-developed metropolis in Gujarat. Rated as one of the fastest-growing cities of the world. Rapidly improving infrastructure initiatives have helped modernise Surat significantly. Micro-markets in New Surat, such as the entire stretch of Dumas Road, are dotted with malls, multiplexes and topnotch residential apartment projects. The City's excellent road network, among other things, will help transform into a realty hotspot.

Right Sanchita. This city is home to various cities such as Vadodra, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Vapi, Jamnagar, Surat etc.,which are nodes of urban development in the state, are considered independent growth centres with their own identities, and attracts population across country.

The Gujarat Govt. is developing the only International Finance city in Gujarat-Gift City (Gujarat International Finance Tech City is an under construction central business district to be built on 886 acres of land.

Both Motera & Chandkheda provide a value for money to end user. If you want to live in quality societies with good amenities like the one in Prahaladnagar and Bodekdev and want to pay half of the price as compared to western parts, both these areas area are a good choice.

Flats are available between Rs 22000 27000/yard.
Average Rentals in residential flats is Rs 8-10/sq-ft

At present these areas are witnessing the highest construction activity as compared to any other suburb in Ahmedabad. METRO, BRTS and GIFT will be a boon to this area. Further proximity to SP Ring Road is an added advantage and connectivity to SG Highway Via Tragad will give it a clean sweep in terms of connectivity.

Motera and Chandkheda are also the biggest North Indian Ghetto in Ahmedabad. Mostly people from ONGC & IOC and their Ex Employees were the early inhabitants. Thereafter it became the first choice of new migrants, as the area provided affordable housing and proximity to Gandhinagar, Naroda and other commercail, industrial and government establishments. With more and more students and IT professionals migrating for jobs and studies at Infocity, GNLU, IIT, PDPU etc demand for 2BHK apartments have increased.

However the Phase-I Extension of Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar Metro has a direct link over Sabarmati from Hansol to Motera leading to the airport. Motera can also be accessed through SP Ring Road either through Tapovan Circle or Koteshwar Bhat Road and then through the Indira Bridge. Civil infrastruction is also better in this area even compared to some of the posh western suburbs. Wide roads and too many inter linkages makes it less congested.

Other localities in Ahmedabad like Motera Motera & Chandkheda are the most happening Middle Class hubs in Ahmedabad. A decade back this place had nothing to remember other than Motera Stadium and ONGC Today the scenario has completely changed. Being connected with 6-lane Visat Gandhinagar Highway, starting from visat and ending at infocity, Gandhinagar.,

Real estate market- This is one of the costliest area of Ahmedabad. Being now in the center of the city this area has huge demand for both commercial as well as residential real estate. Vastrapur Lake and judges bungalow road are the busiest places for food and shopping. Due to proximity to various education insititues, this area is the biggest student resident area. Vastrapur and bodekdev are cosmo areas with mixed population.

Vastrapur is an area which got developed 20 years back. Area consists of old societies and government buildings. Bodekdev is a relatively new and better developed area with posh societies and top government officals bungalows. It has proximity to Railway station 8 Kms, Airport 11 Kms and Geetamandir Bus stop -7 Kms. Area is bordered by 132ft ring road on one side and SG Highway on the other. 3 major landmark BRTS stops (Andhjanmandal, Keshavbaug and ISKON circle) provides good means of public transporation.

Hi,
Vastrapur and adjoining area bodekdev are one of the best areas to live in Ahmedabad. A Decade back both these area were termed as suburbs on the outskirts of the city. In last 10 years both these area are now center of the city and the most happening places in Ahmedabad. Malls, resturants, educational institutes and designer boutiques make this area as one of the costliest area in terms of land prices.
