Hi Bhuvan,
According to me, every locality ensures that amenities are close by but a luxury house should stand apart when it comes to such amenities. Good schools, playgrounds, family recreational centres at a walking distance, malls and commercial centres on the periphery would be appreciated. Neighbourhoods should also be kept in mind. The right kind of people around you is a must.

Hi Bhuvan ji,

In my point of view, a luxury home should be smart in terms of technology that is implemented, durability of fittings, exclusivity of interiors and open floor planning. There should be garbage disposal techniques that don’t affect ecology and resources that are energy-efficient. ‘Smart’ is just a concept circulating in brochures.

Hi All,

As per my knowledge, luxurious home should have all high end modern amenities. House should feel like an different world it self. An inbuilt spa, gym suite, games, theatre zone inside the house and clear water swimming pool for the family. The house should also be evergreen in its style. With time, old fashions wither but for the most costly house the style should be for eternity like the Buckingham Palace.

Hi Bhuvan,

According to me, prices should be sensitive of what it has to offer buyers. I always had to be on the lookout for family safety since homes are not user friendly. The right kind of staircases, the right kind of bathroom fittings is a must.
Construction should be futuristic since at every point of time we have family members ailing or growing older.

Hi Mr BHuvan,

As per my knowledge, space management is a usual concept in the Indian real estate. Over the years, no matter how palatial your house is, one yearns for more space as the family grows. A property that commands a big ticket price should learn from western concepts of make-shift rooms and reusable spaces.

@ Bhuvan,
In my point of view, even for a working woman spends a size able proportion of her time in the kitchen. Spaces should be relaxing. There should be clear architectural planning for a store, kitchen, kid’s play area, study, green areas, bathrooms and most of all safety features.

Hi Bhuvan,

Suppose you are paying crores for a house, you would like it to be technologically equipped with climate-control features, remote sensing etc. There is nothing called an ideal location. You can at most choose between a residential or a semi-residential locality. The house should have splendid interiors and a great view. A garden view house is charming. The costliest house in the city should ensure it lives up to its cost.

@ Bhuvan,

According to me, a spacious house is a must. Brand names of realty giants have led buyers to settle for lesser space. If you are paying a crore, the house must at least be 4000 sq ft. Buyers know that in cities there is a space crunch. But if property values are un affordable for more than half the population, such values should ideally justify in terms of living spaces.
