Oh yes, and the Srisailam highway is also present in the souther part of the city where there is a new SEZ coming up in the Pocharam area. But all these areas will not see development in the near future, They are all good for long term investments.

I think the southern part of the city. close to the Hyderabad Internation Airport is a good area for development as the airport is located in here, and also because of the Pharma city that is coming up in the Mucherla area. And also, Pocharam will also be seeing some new developemnt in here as well. So that part of the city will be very well developed .

The property buzz here is actually mosty due to to the presence of global IT and the financial district, wide, good roads and proximity and the easy drive to the international airport. plus, the Centre recently gave its nod for setting up a Rs 200,000 crore IT investment region (ITIR), which is expected to further fuel the property market growth in the western parts (extending from Kukatpally- Rajendra Nagar).

People want to invest in office space in here as the rental price in Hyderabad is lesser. It is almost 10- to 12 % lesser than the rental price in cities like Chennai and Bangalore. I think it is around 40 per sq ft per month.

Hey but did you hear this? The western part of Hyderabad is expected to see a net addition of three million sq ft office space in the next six months. As usual, a majority of this demand will be absorbed by mid-size to large corporations, including IT companies and private businesses among others.

Yes, Madhapur, Gachibowli are some of the areas where big companies like Google are lookng up to set up the companies. And huge place is obviously needed for these companies to set up the companies which can be a problem now as there is no space in these localities.

Right now there is a huge demand for the commecial and office spaces in Hyderabad right now. The residential market in the it is yet to pick up but in the case of the commercial sector, and I think most of the concentration of the development in here will be around the West Hyderabad area.
