I would like to know about Crown Signature, Nacharam, Hyderabad. How is the locality

Q: Hello everyone. I would like to know about the locality around Crown Signature. It is close to a lake and there is a problem with mosquitoes there. Should I need to consider that before choosing to buy.

PROS: GREAT SPACE AROUND EACH FLAT, INDEPENDENT WALLS, ENOUGH VENTILATION,
OPENING SLIGHT VENTILATION FOR WEST FACE IS A GREAT ADVANTAGE.. 3BHK HALL & KITCHEN LOOK SPACIOUS.

CONS EXCEPT MASTER BEDROOM, THE OTHER TWO BEDROOMS ARE SMALL WITHOUT MUCH CUPBOARDS
CONS: OPEN NALA GOES NEXT TO THIS CROWN SIGNATURE TOWARDS LAKE. ALSO BECOZ OF SLUM DWELLERS AROUND, NO CLEAR SANITATION SORROUNDINGS, IMAGINE INDIAN LAKE, AND ITS SORROUNDINGS...

Hi all, I would like to give some information about localities current price trends.In Oct- Nov 2013 price trends is approx 2500 per sqft but in Oct- Nov 2014 it will hike upto 3100 to 3200 per sq ft. so in terms of residential market is concerned it will give good return if some on invest in this location right now. but have to give 5 to 7 yrs of time.

As per project localities is concerned it is very good place for residential market and right now it was not too much developed but in coming yrs this place will become realestate hubs covered with other infra.
