I read the press release from the centre which said that a 4,000 square metre building has been completed with complete infrastructure for Vehicle Evaluation, Engine Testing and Development, and the second phase, scheduled to be complete by the year end will cover a Hemi-Anechoic room, Reverberation rooms and Listening Studio.
The centre was inaugurated by DRDO Director General (Aeronautical Systems) Dr. K.Tamilmani and Pune-based Automotive Research Association of India Director Rashmi Urdhwarshe. AARTC along with graduates will also support M Tech and PhD Students to use this facility for Applied Research and other sustainable technology researches.
