As the foundation of this has already started, i am expecting that work in here will finish in the next few years. Investmemt wise, I think this will be the perfect time to invest in some property in and around that area so thay you can get some good returns in the future.

Yes, ALready due to the Pharmacity, the real estate around the Mucherla town has seen some huge increase in the past few months, and now due to this Sanofi investment, the real estate value in and around muppireddipally will increase in the next few months.

It is a nice thing that these companies and their facilitues are all coming up in the outskirts like Mucherla and Muppireddipally, there is absolutely no development in these localities now, and i am guessing that once these factories are established, there will be good developemnt in the area.

I agree, with the big oharma city coming up in the southern part of the city, I think that now Hyderabad will be the next hub for Pharmaceuticals industry. The pharma city already has investment from a lot of big names like dr. Reddy's lab, and Sanofi will add to that now.

I think it is a great thing that apart from the IT sector that is growing in Hyderabad, it is a good thing that other industries like aerospace and pharmacy are also showing interest in the city. In this way.. there will be lot more investment in the future in the city and the demans for space will increase.

This is a very huge facility that is coming up, the entire units is close to 13,500 sq m and the work on this is goingon pretty fast. I think this plant will be operational by the year 2019.
Haritha Reddy

Their facility is coming up in Muppireddipalli. which is a little away from the city on the outskirts, towards the northern side. I think this is their second base after Frankfurt in Germany. The foundation for this company has already started.

Sanofi is investing Rs 460 crore to set up a new insulin facility in Hyderabad and to increase its capacity to produce Insuman which is its human insulin product. The new facility will have the capacity to manufacture up to 60 million cartridges a year and will enable Shantha Biotechnics to cater to emerging markets

Sanofi is actually a France based comapny and ist is actually a very well known Pharma company in the Europe. I think it is a great thing that they have chosen Hyderabad to set up their facility.
