The problem that is going arpund the city, that is the water problem is there is Vikrampuri s well. And to add to that, there are also many commercial buildings and malls around in here which take up a lot of ground water, so in summers it is difficult.

The rental Price for the apartments in here is pretty cheao as well. I have taken up a an apartment in here for rent and the price in here for rent is around rs 10 per sq ft.But for houses it is higher at 20 rupees per sq ft. I think you should take an apartment in here, will be cheaper at 12,000 rupees per month or so.

The place is littered with good schools and institutes as well, nearby you have schools like Ancons International, Gandhian School, Vedavathi High School, FIITJEE World School, and Sunrise International School, and many hospitals are also in here like the Rainbow Hospital, Yashod Multispeciality Hospital etc.

This place hs lot of independent houses too, and they are actually the preferred type of housing in here, But the price for the houses in here is very high, It starts from 4,100 rupees per sq ft.

I think the price for the apartments in here starts from 3,900 rupees per sq ft, so you will be ble to get a good apartments in here from 50 lakhs or so. It is high as compared to the other localities around as this place is close to the center of the city, nd prices will be high there.

The best thing about Vikrampuri is probably its connectivity. It is situated close to the center of the city nd you can move bout the city from Vikrampuri easiy. The secunderbd bus sttion is close from here, only 3 km from here, The railway Station is also inhere, so I think tht connectivity is the best part in here.

Hey, Vikrampuri is situated right next to Kharkhana near Trimulgherry. This area is a major residential area and is known for the large number of housing units present in here. It falls right along the Hyderabad Karimnagar highway.
