If you look at the outskirts of the city, you will find that Kompally is also doing well in terms of the real estate market. There are many residential projects that are coming up in here and compared to the areas on the western side like Kondapur and Gachibowli, I think there is much more land available in the areas surrounding Kompally,
I think Adibatla is also seeing a lot of upcoming projects, thanks to the proposed IT corridor there which will be coming up shortly. This place will see some developemnt in some time as it will take time for the IT park and SEZs to come up.
The price that is going on in Adibatla right now is very less actually and I think it is one of the best places to invest in at this moment, The price for the residential land starta at 5 lakhs and the maximum price is around 80 lakhs or so.
The Gachibowli area is close from Old Mumbai Highway and the Outer Ring Road (ORR). Prices here start from Rs 35 lakh for a 2BHK apartment and go upto Rs 4.4 crore for a 4BHK villa. There are many Gated Communities also in this area.
Yes, till the month of October an November in 2014, almost a 200 residential projects were available in these areas, and many are yet to be launched, but the residential market in the city is yet to pick some pace and then may be we will see some more developemnt in these areas, Majority of these projects are under construction with only few offering possession as of now. The area is dominated by apartment projects but a few villa projects are also available.
Helo, I think that right now place with the majority of the residential property ativity will be Gachibowli, as this place is near the IT corridor and the prices in this area for the real estate market are about to see a great increase.
