There are some apartment project in Masab Tank that are selling 2 bhk and 3 bhk flats for sale at a good price. I think you should take a look at them.. Some apartments like HMR Quality REsidency, Srinidhi partments, 3NCL Kaveri Phase 2, Crown Rsidency and Legends Residency are some of the apartments that a few units for sale. I have just seen a list of apartments online, just take a look at them, they all have some good units for sale. apartments for sale in masab tank

This area is a good investment option too, as the Madhapur and the Gachibowli industrial area is very close from here, only about 9 or 10 km from here. So there are many software people who are looking for a place to live in here as well. And I think the real estate prices in here iwll increase.

Buying property in a posh locality like Masab Tank will be really really costly. So You shoudl look for a rental place. So in the case of apartments in here, the rental price is around rs 12 per SQ FT and for houses it is around rs 10 per SQ FT.

Leaking drains and the huge traffic are a common problem in the Masab Tank area. This area is close to many major commercial areas, as well as many people who travel to the IT corridor everyday go via this route, so there usually is a lot of traffic in this area.

Hey the Hyderabad Metro rail Project has started and there is a station that is coming in here. So I am expecting some more development in this locality because of that, as the metro will bring faster access to the people.

Yes, but the independent house are priced a little more. I think for the houses, the price starts from rupees 5,300 rupees per sq ft or so. The total cost for you will come around rs 70 lakhs or so. :)

I think that the price for the apartments in her starts from rs 3,700 per sq ft, that is the average price in here and you can get a good apartment for around 50 lakhs or so. There are many builder floors as well as high rise apartments that are present in here.

Some reputed hospitals are also present in this locality as well, like the Medivison hospital, Nice Hospital, Lotus Children's hospital, Good Will hospitals, Rainbow Hospitals for CHildren, Nirmal Maternity and General hospital. So there is good medical aid too.

This place is very well known, It is well connected by roads and can be easily reached from Khairtabad, Banjara hills, and the Tank bund. There are many buses that go through this area as well and they are run by the state (TSRTC buses)

The Khairatabad Railway station and the Lakdi Ka Pul Railway station are also nearby and although there are many trains that stop in here, you can get a lot of local trains from here as well. The Necklace Road MMTS station is also close from here.

In terms of development I think that Masab Tank is very developed. It has well laid roads and is it known as a major commercial and a good residential sector of the city. There are some really good localities near by as well like the Vijay Nagar colony, Mehdipatnam and Lakdi Ka Pul.
