There are some good schools and colleges in this locality as well, Sri Chaitanys Techno Schools, St Anthony's high School, M S High School, ST, Mary's high school, British Grammar school are some of the schools in the locality.

The James Street MMTS station and Necklace road MMTS station are also close to the Kavadiguda area, and you can get a good acess of local trains as well from these stations. This will make the access to the other parts like HI tech city easier to travel.

The price for the individual houses in Kavadiguda is very high actually. it starts from 7,500 per sq ft, but it is a very popular locality so this price is okay I think. It is justified, and it may even increase in the future.

There are some really good apartments in which you can move into, which have 2 bhk and 3 bhk units for sale. Sattva Necklace Pride, Surya Meridian, Padma Enclave, Sri Rama Residency, Sri Balaji Indraprastha, Rijhumal apartments are some of the places where you can get a good 2bhk or 3 bhk.

The price in this locality have increased so much in the past few years. I remember the prices being around 1300 rupees per sq ft in 2013, and then it 2014 they again increased to 3,900 rupees per sq ft, and now they are very high at rupees 4,900 per sq ft.

You can travel easily to the other parts of the city too in you move in here, there are many buses that will take you to the Secunderabad station and also to the Afzulgunj depot, and the frequency of the TSRTC buses is also high

As this area is located in a very prime location in the middle of teh city, the price in this area for the apartments is pretty high, as far I know, it starts from rs 5,500 rupees per sq ft.

The Kavadiguda area is located on Northern side of the city and this is the area that is along the banks of the Hussain Sagar lake and it has many good sub locales in this locality like Indira Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, and Jawahar Nagar which are considered good places to reside in.
