Closed wells

Q: Hello sir,
We had a well with plenty of water in it. We closed it recently to extend our house. we then dug up a bore well in NE corner. Can we built new room over / near that closed well now?

Hi jeyakumar, In my view you should give some time while any construction near by that area. as soil is pore now so it may be chance of air inside the well. but if you want to construct as soon as possible you can take advised from local developer and definitely there is some way that developer will suggest.
