Hi,Ameenpur of Hyderabad is good location for IT Professionals working in Hitech City. It is just 20 minutes drive to Hitech City. It is also close to good schools, hospitals and all amenities for daily needs. Roads are in very good condition and have very good connectivity to the main city.

Hi prasanna,
Ameenpur is one of the attractive destination in Hyderabad. In your budget you get individual house but I don't think in your budget gated community project available for sale. You can also look into of the good project named "sunway Opus Grand Neville 3A".
