A water board official has said that there are a couple of projects which can take care of the scarcity here. He said that Godavari drinking water supply project phasw-I and river Krishna project Phase-III are the ones. But they are still under construction so it will take a while.

Oh. I have some relative that live there. They told me how it is there. So water board is already supplying water to these villages indirectly. However, that is not at all enough. and so people are going for ground water and even there it is not available because of too much dependency on it.

The sad part about this project is that the pipelines are all rusting and they were laid over 30 years ago and it hasn't been upgraded so new pipelines must be laid to start this up or it wont work with the current setting.

The CM's talk has worked wonders. Water board officials have come up with a thorough proposal and has sent it to the principal secrretary of Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MAUD) MG Gopal. Now the approval is being awaited.

Do you know the current situation here? There is no proper infrastructure, and the distribution network is pretty useless. So the Hyderaba watr board is supplying water to the villages here through a bulk connection and are collecting money through the Local panchayat.

But you know villages actually are in Medak, Nagonda and Ranga Reddy districts and that is why this feels even better. You can see the committment of the government. If this gets done soon, the water woes will end.

Hello, I think the Telangana government is really working hard to keep its people happy. It has shown that it is very keen to improve water availability and has asked the water Board to work on making a proposal to include the 168 villages that come around here.

I think this is some great news. There are some 168 villages in the Outer RIng road area and water peoblem is more of a default thing around these places. Which is why the whole news that these areas will be brought into HMWSSB jurisdiction is a really good development.
