Locality Review and details on Sindhi Colony in Hyderabad
Q: Hello everyone. I am Suresh , and I would like to know how the area of Sindhi Colony is to live in. I have recently come to Hyderabad 4 years ago, and till now have lived a little way from the city. Now want to shift close to the city.
I think so too. This is a good place to invest in right now, even if you are planning to get some really good returns in the future, also with the Hyderabad Metro rail coming up in the Secunderabad area, i think that the price for the real estate property in this area will increase.
I think that Sindhi Colony is one of the best places to invest in. It is one one the best residential localities that is close to the Secunderabad junction, and also the real estate market in here has been very stable over the past few years relative to the other areas in the city.
But the monsoons show the worse side of this locality. The roads in here are filled with poth holes and f it rain, the entire road gets battered and travelling gets tough on this road. The sewage is also over flowing most of the time.
There are some resale houses and some new independent houses that are up for sale in this place as well, so if you are looking for an independent house for sale, then it will cost you around 4,500 rupees per sq ft or so.
Halo Suresh, if you are considering looking for apartments in or around the Sindhi Colony area. then the rate for the apartments should be somewhere around 2,800 rupees per sq ft to 2,900 rupees per sq ft, so that should be affordable I think.
Hey this place has a huge student population, so there are a lot of eating joints and entertainment facilities also around. You have the Prasads Imax mall and the necklace road all nearby, so lots of recreational facilities also in this place.
So, being close to the center of the city, the infrastructure in this place is also really good, you have got some very well known colleges and institutions in that locality, like the CSIIT institute for Architecture, which is one of the prime institute for Architecture, and many other colleges like the Wesley PG college, but for the primary schools, you will have to go a little far.
I think you should check y=out the places for rent in Sindhi Colony, the average priice for rent in here is close to rs 9 per sq ft for the apartments and for the houses, the price is rupees 13 per sq ft.
Yes, and not only via the buses, it is well connected by roads as well. And moreover, the the Secunderabad junction is also only 3 km from here, you can get trains and local trains also from the Secunderabad Railway station.
Many people actually prefer Sindhi Colony to live. There are many advantages of living in this place and I think the best one is that the connectivity is really good. The place has many bus stops from where you can get the TSRTC buses, which can take you almost every corner of the city.
Yes, Sindhi Colony is close to the commercial hub if the city, so if you are talking about the development and all, it is actually a very nicely developed place. The main Road here has a nice retail market, and the remaining places has good residential units.
Hai, Suresh. Sindhi colony is an area that is on the Northern side of the city, and it is very well known for the commercial base that it has. But if you consider all the surrounding areas near that locality, then Sindhi Colony is the only place that is relatively calm and quite, I think you will be able to live there happily.
