I have heard that the GHMC has so far completed the scrutiny of applications from over 9 different mandals among the 16 mandals in total. They are expected to complete this procedure by the 10th of March.
At present a total of about 395 applications and over Rs 14.42 crores have been received for regularisation under the GO 59 application form. About the GO 58 ones, the collector said so far 13,000 applications were found litigation-free.
You know the last date for the applications to be sent were on Saturday of the previous week which was the last date for applying for regularisation under GO 59 and all the constructions in government lands which are not regularised will be demolished
Exactly. They totally deserve it. How dare they build houses and structures that can risk lives and do things illegally. SO basically if the structures are left without the required approved after the GO 58 and GO 59 inspection is completed.
This is actually true. The district collector K Nirmala has already sent some warnings to all those owners of structures that did not get cleared after them sending in their applications. I think those builders and owners will face some dire consequences.
Yes. Now that the Land Regularisation Scheme (LRS) is almost nearing its completition the next step is being planned by the district administration. While there have been some news I have heard that the un approved buildings even after the LRS will be destroyed.
