Did you know, several layouts have come up on the outskirts of Vijayawada following reports that the capital would come up in the upland mandals of Krishna, and several farmers had sold out fertile land, as they got good money. NRIs, realtors and business tycoons from Bangalore, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Mumbai, too, purchased land in mega deals.

Exactly, now the situation is that the price of land near the main road had touched Rs. 3 crore an acre just four months ago, thanks to speculation on the location of the capital. It has now plunged to Rs. 1 crore, and there are no buyers.

Right now, what is happening is that the farmers who made a fast buck by selling out land, majority of those who had entered into deals suffered losses even as apprehensions were being raised over the possibility of some of them resorting to extreme steps.

There has been a sudden and unexpected fall in the land prices, especially in the Krishna District as well as near to hyderabad and vijaywada. This has resulted in a huge financial loses to realtors and buyers. Most of the investments here have come from the realtors and industrialist from the nearby cities like Rangareddy, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

No, I think this is not the right time to invest in the real estate of Hyderabad. Recently, there was a news that the land buyers in Hyderabad are in trouble because of the decline in the land value of Hyderabad properties. I think many are facing losses now a days because of this.
